This is Marion Samuel "Sam" Rogers.  He was the son of Ocie Coon and Ted Rogers and brother of Margaret (Rogers) Brewer.  The baby in his lap is me (Texee) and the toddler is my sister Mellissa Brewer.  Uncle Sam passed away in 1992 if I am not mistaken about the year
